  1. Quality Assurance

    All products are thoroughly inspected and pass strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure proper functionality and condition.

  2. 7 Day Return & Refund Policy

    Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

    • The product is unused
    • Original packaging, accessories, and seals are intact
    • The product has not been damaged, altered, or swapped

    Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

    A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.

    The video must clearly show:

    • Opening of the sealed courier parcel
    • Visible shipping label
    • Clear condition of the product

    Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

  4. Non Returnable Cases

    Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • Product is used or damaged after delivery
    • Packaging, accessories, or manuals are missing
    • Claim is made after 7 days of delivery
    • No valid unboxing video is provided
  5. Refund or Replacement Process

    If a claim is approved after verification:

    • Replacement or refund will be processed accordingly
    • Refunds are issued through the original payment method only
